Max's unique background in designing teams in high-stakes environments provides clientele with a 1-of-1 asset. For over a decade, Max has been architecting organizations to tackle the most challenging problem sets faced by government and private sectors.

Max has served elite teams by aligning their ethos, personnel structure, retention, promotion pathway, culture, leadership dynamic, leadership communications, and turnover/succession planning.

Max finished as the top performer and honor graduate in six military training programs and is the first member of Naval Special Warfare to serve as a Navy Test Pilot.

Max has completed over 1,200 hours of one-on-one coaching with C-Suite executives, NFL coaches, industry pioneers, and venture capitalists. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
